- Oversee the end-to-end renewal process for existing clients.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure a seamless renewal experience.
- Proactively identify and address potential renewal risks.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins and relationship-building activities with key clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the renewal process.
- Communicate product updates, enhancements, and industry insights to clients.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Evaluate and renew policies for clients.
