  • Oversee the end-to-end renewal process for existing clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure a seamless renewal experience.
  • Proactively identify and address potential renewal risks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and relationship-building activities with key clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the renewal process.
  • Communicate product updates, enhancements, and industry insights to clients.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Evaluate and renew policies for clients.
  • We are looking to add an executive to our sales team to take care of annual renewals. Proactively communicate with customers, address their concerns, and ensure customer retention.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Sending timely reminders to customers.
  • Help customers with upgrades.
  • Communicating renewal trends to product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Should have good knowledge of MS Office
